Welcome to DailyDirect ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the DailyDirect mobile app, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DailyDirect app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the DailyDirect platform. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
     
  • Keep your login details confidential
     
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account
     

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Services Offered

DailyDirect is an e-commerce platform that enables users to purchase:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits
     
  • Meat and dairy products
     
  • Electronics
     
  • Pharmacy items

The availability of products may vary based on your location.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
     
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
     
  • Payments must be made using accepted methods such as UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (if available).
     
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
     

6. Orders & Delivery

6.1 Order Acceptance

DailyDirect reserves the right to accept or reject any order without providing a reason.

6.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times shown are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Traffic
     
  • Weather
     
  • Product availability
     
  • High order volume
     

6.3 Failed Delivery

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect
     
  • The customer is unreachable
     
  • No one is available to receive the order
     

In such cases, delivery charges may still apply.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Customer Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once packed or dispatched, cancellations may not be allowed.

7.2 Store Cancellation

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
     
  • Payment failure
     
  • Delivery issues
     

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the payment method and may take 3–7 business days.

8. Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements are allowed for:

  • Damaged items
     
  • Wrong items delivered
     
  • Expired products
     

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Some items like meat, dairy, and perishables may not be returnable unless damaged or spoiled.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the app or services
     
  • Create fake or fraudulent orders
     
  • Violate any laws while using the platform
     
  • Interfere with the app’s functionality or security
     

10. Intellectual Property

All content on DailyDirect (text, logo, images, design, app code) is owned by DailyDirect. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

DailyDirect may use third-party partners for payments, delivery, analytics, and other services. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

DailyDirect is not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery
     
  • Product availability
     
  • Losses caused by misuse of the app
     
  • Third-party service failures
     

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect:

  • Fraudulent activity
     
  • Violation of these Terms
     
  • Misuse of the platform
     

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
